Taking a deep breath
I'm going to a hotel and spa resort with work this weekend (i.e. why I'm up at 07:30 on a saturday) - and anything that would require me to be present or require me to do anything will be delayed or tossed on someone else. I think the image I used in the previous entry here fits my current situation as I have not had the chance to take a break and relax for the entirety of the week because of work. They are kinda forcing us to relax now by taking us away from our regular spare times and moving us all to a hotel for the weekend for teambuilding etc.
In short: anything I'm translating is delayed, bitches. I'm getting rest and relaxation.
P.S. I saw episode one of Ga-Rei Zero yesterday and that was not an episode one episode, that was an episode seven. You heard it here first.
P.P.S Fringe is awesome and anyone who doesn't watch it needs to.

in answer to your question, though if im wrong please correct;
coal guys are m.3.3.w/mango-chan.
ggrain is gg using qq’s scripts on a larger resolution file, though still not true 720p.
(qq is the coalest.)
…and as for ilifin, enjoy the R&R just try not to forget about us whiners ;D

You got the coal guys thing right–they are m.3.3.w + mango-chan
You got the ggrain thing wrong though. ggrain is just a group of idiots who use gg/qq scripts and put them on upscaled encodes (480p –> 720p).
qq = “stalkers,” who took over the Toradora project when gg was told to stop due to it being licensed. They are “borrowing” ilifin for the project.
Notes: I like the qq encodes better than gg–same level of quality but smaller file size = better encode. Best part–same translation.
Have fun ilifin (even though it sounds kinda… forced lol).

cheers for the info but gg didnt get send a cease and desist.
according to one of the blogs on this site, on http://blog.ilif.in/2008/10/29/gg-dropped-toradora/ , they just lost interest in it. ilifin took up the project with another couple of bffs and made qq. so qq arent really stalkers, especially when they produce the subtitle file used by gg

Actually, the guys with me in qq came out of nowhere and offered to pick up Toradora. They had formed the group in the shadows and invited me when the ship was sinking.

CoalGuys is Mango/jaka and tun from m.3.3.w. Nobody from gg or qq with them.
Just because I started the trend with “coal” and other people use it, doesn’t mean I’m always affiliated with whoever is using it, see?
